From the very first moments, it’s clear that every aspect of this team building challenge has been designed to leverage the benefits of gamification. That translates into serious engagement plus major fun. With Beat the Box, there are no lengthy introductions – just a short, thrilling video to catapult the players into the game. Working against the clock adds even more excitement.
Once they’ve broken out into smaller working teams, your group will tackle four different escape room-style challenges. These have to be solved in sequence, and naturally, each Beat the Box challenge raises the bar a little higher. The ultimate goal: discover a mystery slogan with the power to stop the clock.
Of course, the only path to victory is through smooth teamwork and real cooperation. This is a great program to highlight the power of combining individual skill sets to achieve the greatest possible outcome. If there’s a team out there that wouldn’t benefit from better teamwork, we haven’t met them yet.

This indoor activity requires a large private function space. You’ll want a round table for each team (chairs optional), plus one large rectangular table at the front of the room for event materials. You’ll also need a large screen and projector with an HDMI video connection. Events with 50 or more people work best with a microphone and speaker setup.
